The Old Gearzton Refinery (Roleplaying Mode...sorta)

Found it when we were surveying the land south of Steelhead City, when Lunar decided to start expanding. Used to be part of the old Ambertown property, hence Lunar chose to call it Steelhead Boomtown, due to it's history.

Old Angus Gearzton died during the Ambertown flood. His old mill still stands, though. Once Boomtown is opened, you'll be able to see it. I'm it's new owner. The waterwheel has been sent out to be rebuilt and a clock facing has been ordered for the tower.

What am I using it for? Well....we need to get the lots in Boomtown rented out in order for you to find out.

Speaking of Ambertown, is there a good History of Steelhead that we newcomers might read to acquaint ourselves with our town's past? If not, such a volume would be a fine addition to our new library.

I believe there is a brief history in the welcome area inside the Train Station, if there is not I will put one there as well as a directory of the storefronts and residents etc...

...lots and lots to do...

As long as I've been in Steelhead, I only heard three things about Ambertown.

1. Lighthouse Island was there (but the island's gotten bigger since then)

2. There was a castle at the top of a hill owned by a Lord Amber...or something.

3. It flooded wiping everything out except Lightouse Island. The End.

Scratch that last comment. Completely misunderstood what was said.

Stressful week.....

Don't worry about it Fuzz. Not that I had a chance to read said comment...I've been too busy teaching Ash to open doors before knocking them down first and explaining the concept of "private airspace".
